Tariffs
The Louisiana Pilot Fee Commission consists of eleven members:
- Four members from the maritime industry
- Four members from the Pilots
- Three independent members
The commission is responsible for setting pilotage fees. Any changes to pilotage fees must be approved by at least six members of the Commission under guidelines set by the Commission. Typically, the Commission will evaluate and adjust expenses, capital expenditures, and pay based on cost of living adjustments.
